What the agent does with your calls
A voice agent answers your inbound calls in your company name: it greets, understands the request, collects contact details, acts — transfer, appointment, message — then sends you a full report. This page details each capability, the way it actually works.
Each section also states the limit that comes with it. A voice agent does not do everything, and a customer disappointed after three weeks costs more than a well-informed prospect.
Answering around the clock, announced as an AI
The agent picks up on the first ring, at any hour, in your company name, with the greeting you wrote. At the start of the call it announces that it is an artificial intelligence — a European legal obligation, applied by default.
The limit: an agent is configured in one language and answers in that language; it does not switch mid-call. And every call has a maximum duration, to protect your bill.
Name, phone and reason collected
On every call, the agent gathers the three pieces of information that make a callback possible: who called, how to reach them, why. The email address is only asked for when a send-out justifies it — a recap, a reminder — or when you require it. Depending on your trade, it also asks for the fields you ticked — licence plate, order number, case reference — and has them spelled out, then reads them back.
The limit: no speech recognition is perfect, especially on dictated email addresses and rare names. The timestamped transcript attached to the report lets you verify what was actually said.
Transfer to the right person, message as fallback
The agent qualifies the request, then transfers the call to an available team member, following the routing rules you define. If nobody answers, the call is not lost: the agent takes a precise message, included in the report.
The limit: it only transfers to team members you registered, never to a number dictated by the caller, and it never announces a callback time — only a human can commit to one.
A report after every call
As soon as the caller hangs up, you receive an email: summary, collected details, classified reason, the tone of the conversation, follow-up needed, and the full timestamped transcript.
The summary is produced by an AI model: if it fails, the email still goes out, transcript included, marked "summary unavailable" — you are never left without a record of a call.
Appointment booking in an included calendar
The agent checks your genuinely free slots, offers two or three out loud, and books the appointment before the call ends. The calendar is included, with no third-party account to create; if you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, the appointment is copied there and your busy slots stop being offered.
The limit: without a calendar enabled, the booking tools are not exposed to the agent — it notes the request and passes it on. An appointment is only announced as booked after the server confirms it, never on the model's word alone.
Confirmation and reminder SMS, optional
If you enable it, the caller receives a confirmation SMS right after the booking, then a reminder the day before, sent during daytime in their local time, with a cancellation link.
The option is off by default and billed per SMS sent: nothing goes out and nothing is billed until you enable it, agent by agent.
Audio call recording, optional
You can enable audio recording, agent by agent. Playback is restricted to your account administrators, and recordings follow the retention period of your plan.
When the option is active, the caller is informed at the start of the call — that announcement cannot be disabled, whatever the plan. By default the option is off: only the text transcript exists.
What the agent does not do
It promises no price, no deadline, no guaranteed callback — that is written into its code, not just its instructions. It has no access to your files, your stock or any payment method. It makes no outbound calls. And it only answers from the information you wrote: when it does not know, it says so and takes a message.
Hear it before you decide
The demo calls you back: you talk to the agent the way one of your customers would, no credit card required.
